You might notice a new pink chat icon near the bottom left of our website. This is our new live chat. Automated Response bots are available 24/7. Human response is available as well. Currently there is no schedule to our human presence however we strive to be available 24/7. The best feature of this live chat has to be the automated Order Status responses. Click My Order Status in the chat dialog box after clicking the pink chat icon to get an update on the status of your orders. Invoice, Payment, Processing, shipping, and tracking details are all available through the use of this feature! Automated product availability responses will be coming soon.
